3.Check the missing and functional components of the sunroof. If encountering a sunroof that has never been installed before

4.Rough positioning (internal template fixed point)

5.Precision positioning (external template positioning)

二. Opening and hole treatment

Open type

1.Cut the corresponding interior along the inner template and remove the crossbeam

2.Cutting holes

3.Coarse opening

4.Fine opening

5.Remove burrs, clean the hole opening, and apply anti rust paint

三. Installation and fixation of skylights

swing-out

1、Wiring: Connect all red wires to the normally live wire, red and black wires to ACC, and green wires to ground; Note: The fuse is installed on the normally live wire

2、A. Insert the sunroof along the front end and install the fixing frame (Sky Freedom, Super 300, 04 Agate 860)

  B. Apply fixing adhesive to the car window and install the fixing frame (crystal 101820, TSM )

  C. Apply self-adhesive on the roof and install fixing frames (agate series, jade series)

3、Tighten the screws in the order of the end, then the front end, and finally the two ends (note: the front and rear screws of the Super 300 have different lengths)

4、Install the motor and secure the hood

5、 Install switches and practice all functions of the sunroof

Hidden style

1、Adjust the tail of the sunroof according to the curvature of the roof, so that the gap between the waterproof adhesive strip and the roof is 2-15mm, and apply the black waterproof adhesive strip

2、Measure the curvature of the roof opening at a distance of 3CM outward using a ruler, and adjust the curvature of the sunroof to be equal to the measured curvature
